How to start a campaign
Open your CMO chat and describe what you want to run:“I want to launch on X with 5 creators. Budget is $5k, two-week timeline, product-focused tone.”The agent will ask for your budget, goal, and deliverable type, then save a campaign brief. From there it matches creators and presents a ranked shortlist for your approval. Everything after shortlist approval — funding, outreach, submissions, payouts — is managed from the Agents Feed section of your dashboard, not the chat.
Creator matching
The agent scores creators across your active creator pool based on:- Reach — follower count on the relevant platform
- Vertical fit — how closely their content category matches yours
- Tone match — whether their style aligns with your brief
- Reliability — acceptance rate and on-time delivery history
- Budget fit — creators whose minimum rate exceeds your budget are penalized in ranking, not excluded outright
Funding
Once you approve the shortlist, you’ll see a Fund button on your campaign. This opens a Stripe Checkout session to pay the campaign budget upfront. Outreach emails only go out once payment is confirmed — creators aren’t contacted on an unfunded campaign. For retweet or quote tweet campaigns, you’ll be prompted to paste the source tweet URL after funding. This URL can be edited for 1 hour after submission, then locks. Creators are emailed the link once it’s set.Outreach
After funding, the agent emails each creator with your campaign brief and a link to accept or decline. Creators have 48 hours to respond before the outreach expires; the amount reserved for any creator who doesn’t accept in time is automatically refunded to you. You don’t write any emails. The agent handles the entire outreach on your behalf.Tracking submissions
Your campaign card shows each creator’s status in real time:- Accepted — committed to the campaign
- Submitted — content URL provided, pending your review
- Changes requested — you’ve asked for revisions
- Approved — content signed off, payout queued
- Declined / Expired — creator did not accept in time
Cancelling a campaign
You can cancel a campaign before any creator has accepted outreach — any funds you’ve paid are refunded. Once a creator has accepted, the campaign can no longer be cancelled outright; use change requests or refunds on individual deliverables instead.Supported platforms
